Application for ARC approval

According to 5.28 Architectural Control for Exterior Changes in WCHA Covenants and Restrictions, ALL homeowners are required to obtain approval for any changes to the exterior of their home, except that "...such approval shall not be required for any maintenance or repair which does not result in a material change ...".

Specifically, 5.28.2 Association's Consent reads as follows:
Any request by an Owner for approval by the Association to any addition, alteration, improvement, or change shall be in writing and shall be accompanied by plans and specifications or other details as the Association may deem reasonably necessary in connection with its determination as to whether or not it will approve same.
 
Please read the entire section of our Documents (available to view on this website under the WCHA Covenants and Restrictions tab) - specifically, the 5.28.4 Remedy for Violations, which states that the Association may require the homeowner to stop, remove and/or alter any alteration or improvements that were not approved.
